Foundation Waterproofing

Water that comes inside your home comes from the outside!  Ducks can waterproof the exterior foundation wall to keep the water out.

Cracks in foundation walls can leak.  It may only require a simple repair of the crack, however, it's important to check the exterior grade and downspouts.

Water should be diverted away from your home and redirected to a specific area on your property  (not your neighbors!)

Every property is unique and dry creek beds are a great way to divert water away from your property - and they look great too!

A poorly graded yard can lead to water accumulation. Over-saturated soil can push water into your home's brick and walls. 

If there are low spots on your property that look like a swimming pool (or a pond!) after it rains a catch basin can help drain the swamp!
